With it’s signature horn riff and opening line, “I’m a friendly stranger in the black sedan…”, The Ides of March’s “Vehicle” burst onto the Billboard charts and in 1970 became the fastest breaking single in Warner Bros. history! Their show spans 3 decades of music that include Jim Peterik’s catalog of Top 40 hits including “Vehicle,” “Eye of the Tiger,” “Hold on Loosely” and many more.

An Intimate Evening with the Ides of March featuring Jim Peterik: Songs and Stories will be at Metropolis on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. Tickets are $45. All tickets can be purchased at MetropolisArts.com or by calling the Metropolis Box Office at 847.577.2121.

An Intimate Evening with the Ides of March featuring Jim Peterik: Songs and Stories is part of the Live Music Series at Metropolis, which brings some of the highest level musical talent to the Chicagoland area. More Live Music shows include Aretha Franklin: Queen of Soul starring Donica Lynn (February 28), Creole Stomp (March 24), Virtuosity: Chamber Music with Picosa (March 25), and Heartache Tonight (March 29).
